Val Gardena - Alpe di Siusi

Purest white and deepest sky blue

Winter sport highlights with striking views

In the Val Gardena-Alpi di Siusi ski area you can look forward to perfectly prepared pistes, 83 lifts and around 175km of slopes with varying degrees of difficulty. Expert skiers can challenge themselves on terrific black slopes, while families with children will find perfect conditions on the easy and intermediate slopes.

The valley also plays host to international winter sports, when every year Selva stages the spectacular men’s World Cup Downhill and Super-G ski races on the Saslong.

Take a break in one of the rustic ski huts in the Alpe di Siusi and the Val Gardena and experience real South Tyrolean hospitality.

Fun things to try on your snowboard

How wonderful to be able to leave long tracks in the snow with your board, build your own jumps, and create a cloud of powder at every curve. The peaks of the Dolomites right in front of you, under your board a soft white carpet. Laugh and joke with friends, live life to the full. Snowboarding in the Dolomites means redefining your concept of the mountains, it means living the pistes in a new dimension.

The following highlights await you in the Val Gardena / Seiser Alm ski area:

  • Boarder cross at the Passo Sella (Grohmann-Cavazes chairlift)
  • Boarder cross at Plan de Gralba (from mid-January)
  • Natural half pipe at the Sotsaslong chairlift
  • Half pipe at the Seiser Alm (Laurin chairlift)
