1.5 g stabiliser
215 g water
500 g pineapple
Cake:
125 g butter
60 g forest honey
peel and zest of one lemon
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
125 g flour
1 pack of yeast
250 g diced apple
