Experience with all your senses the sophisticated and refined dishes made with the freshest local ingredients.  At the Small Luxury and Spa Hotel Savoy we invite you to take part in this adventure.  The Alpine cuisine with Mediterranean influences of our Head Chef, Freddy Nagler, will tempt you with daily changing menus without flavour enhancers, thanks to the “Sous vide” method. We are passionate about combining fresh herbs, our homemade pasta dishes, home baked bread made with organic whole wheat flour and local products.  To accompany your meal choose the perfect wine from our Savoy wine cellar.


The 5-course Savoy gourmet dinner offers a large à la carte choice and a selection of fitness and health-orientated dishes. The extensive buffet of tempting antipasti including freshly prepared carpaccio, tasty fish hors d’oeuvres and around 20 different salads with a selection of fine olive oils and the varied cheeseboard are the best guarantee of an evening devoted to the pleasures of the palate. Add to this the weekly culinary highlights with an elegant candlelit dinner, delicious dessert buffet and wine tasting in the hotel’s wine cellar (extra charge).

The pasta that’s good for you
At the Savoy all our pasta dishes are homemade. Our team of chefs lovingly transform the finest ingredients into delicious dishes based on pasta.  Variety is our watchword.

Healthy and fit with “Sous vide”
Sous vide is a cooking method for meat, fish and vegetables.  Foods are vacuum-packed and then cooked at a relatively low temperature of under 100°C.  This way flavour, vitamins and aromas are preserved in the food.

Start the day well at the Savoy with a substantial buffet breakfast.  You will be welcomed with the aroma of the home-baked bread made with organic wholewheat flour, a variety of Italian pastries and tasty homemade cakes. How about a freshly squeezed fruit juice? Healthy foods, a selection of teas and a variety of freshly prepared breakfast dishes will give you energy for the day. Six different types of cereal, fortifying dried fruits, a selection of nuts as well as fresh fruits and fruit salads are a good basis for an active day in the fresh air.
Our savoury selection includes fine regional cheeses and cold meats, salmon, mozzarella and tomatoes, along with a selection of egg dishes.
